We didn't use the porch or sit outdoors as we had a freeze that night. Breakfast was really good. Walking distance to downtown. We have stayed at Andrew Morris and this one. Both are nice. We enjoyed telling and listening to stories as we were served our two course breakfast! The home is filled with character and the décor is exquisite! The sitting on the dock is peaceful and divine.
